The paintings which follow are from the painting tutorial book The Art of Oil Painting by Walter Foster Publishers. They are not exact copies but are my “exercises” in oil painting produced by following the method in that book. I fell in love with painting all over again through painting these. They were all painted in 2013 as far as I recall.
